Description

You will join the Cyber GRC Team at Payoneer, directly influencing trust and safety for millions of global users. Your role involves developing compliance strategies, conducting audits, managing risk, and building security awareness programs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of GRC, info security, or compliance experience in SaaS/cloud/enterprise IT
• Strong understanding of SOC 2, PCI-DSS, NIST, and cloud security frameworks
• Knowledge of AI governance (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001)
• Experience conducting security risk assessments and working with auditors
• Proficiency in English and Hebrew

Responsibilities

• Develop cybersecurity compliance strategy and approach
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and audit requirements
• Conduct periodic internal reviews and audits
• Design and implement compliance communication and monitoring mechanisms
• Develop and execute company-wide security awareness programs
