💼 About This Role

You'll acquire and grow mortgage broker partners by owning the full sales lifecycle for Pylon's mortgage-as-a-service platform. Your core impact will be driving quota attainment and building lasting broker relationships as the face of programmatic mortgage rails. This role offers the chance to shape GTM strategy at a rapidly scaling fintech backed by top investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage full sales pipeline from lead qualification to closed-won
  • Conduct discovery calls and tailor product pitches
  • Deliver product demos highlighting platform capabilities
  • Negotiate and close deals with broker partners

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in wholesale mortgage sales (broker/TPO channel)
  • Proven success growing broker accounts from approval to sustained production
  • Fluency in Conventional/FHA/VA loan types
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot) and pipeline management

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with LOS/TPO portals (Encompass/ICE, MeridianLink)
  • Familiarity with pricing/PPE tools (Optimal Blue, Polly)
  • Experience coaching Non-QM/DSCR scenarios
