Description

You will lead a team of inspectors and quality engineers to ensure supplier compliance and drive quality improvements for the Starlink Aviation supply chain. You'll oversee root cause analysis, supplier audits, and risk mitigation, while fostering accountability and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 3+ years of experience in supplier quality, quality assurance, or manufacturing engineering
• 1+ year of professional experience leading people or projects
• Willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of hourly inspectors and supplier quality engineers
• Oversee resolution of quality issues including containments, SCARs, and dispositions
• Generate quality metric reports and analyze trends to identify improvement projects
• Conduct supplier audits (onboarding and surveillance) and travel as needed
• Apply root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Six Sigma) to drive systemic improvements
