As an HR Business Partner supporting Instacart's Engineering organization, you'll operate at the intersection of people strategy and business objectives, driving programs that foster scalability, engagement, and diversity. You'll design people-oriented processes and work through complex challenges in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment to help engineers thrive.

Requirements

• 5+ years as HR Business Partner in high-growth tech company; 7+ years overall HR experience
• Proven track record designing and implementing impactful people programs
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills at all organizational levels
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws
• BA/BS degree in relevant field

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic thought partner to Engineering leadership on organizational development, succession planning, and performance management
• Champion employees by designing career development initiatives and offering expertise in learning, total rewards, and employee relations
• Create and execute people strategies to attract, engage, and retain top-tier diverse talent
• Promote company values to guide decision-making and navigate change management
• Collaborate with People Team Centers of Excellence to deliver initiatives and process improvements
