💼 About This Role

You'll lead user growth strategies for VRChat in the Japanese market. You'll own the full marketing funnel, from acquisition to engagement, collaborating cross-functionally. This role offers high autonomy in a fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns including organic, community-driven, and paid ads
• Monitor and improve key funnel metrics for user acquisition and engagement
• Build repeatable marketing playbooks for the Japanese market
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Community, and Marketing teams to drive results

📋 Requirements

• 4-7 years of marketing experience at platform/game/entertainment companies
• Track record of organic or community-driven growth campaigns
• Deep understanding of Japanese internet culture and VTuber ecosystem
• Native Japanese and business-level English

• Experience scaling a toC platform in Japan
• Experience with influencer or creator-driven programs in Japan
• Interest in VR, immersive media, or social virtual worlds
