You'll lead engineering execution end-to-end at a fast-growing data security startup post-Series A. Your core impact will be building and scaling a high-performing team while translating product vision into secure, scalable systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own engineering strategy, execution, and delivery across the platform
• Build, scale, and lead the engineering team including hiring
• Set technical direction and architectural standards for scalable systems
• Partner with CEO and product leadership to execute roadmap

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of engineering experience
• 8+ years in engineering leadership roles
• Proven experience scaling teams at high-growth startups
• Experience with data-intensive or distributed systems in production

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in security, privacy, or data governance domains
• Background working closely with ML or data teams
• Experience working with multiple clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP)
