💼 About This Role

You'll provide strategic HRBP support to technical organizations, translating product and tech strategies into people strategies that strengthen organizational health and leadership effectiveness. You'll report to the Director, Talent Partner and collaborate with a team of 10 across all departments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as lead HRBP to senior leaders across EPDD, Tech Services, and Cyber Security
• Coach technical leaders on people leadership, team effectiveness, and performance
• Lead sensitive employee relations matters within technical teams
• Partner on organizational design, workforce planning, and compensation guidance

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent related experience
• 8+ years progressive HRBP experience with technical organizations
• 3+ years directly supporting senior executives (VP+)
• Demonstrated experience navigating employee relations and investigations
