💼 About This Role

You'll design, build, and maintain APIs and services that integrate MYOB products with government agencies like the ATO and IRD. You'll ensure security, reliability, and compliance with strict regulatory standards while collaborating with a dedicated team to provide seamless solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain secure backend services and APIs
• Write clean, well-tested code with unit, integration, and contract tests
• Collaborate with internal product teams to support GAPI integration
• Contribute to platform modernisation and migrations (e.g. .NET upgrades)

📋 Requirements

• Experience developing and maintaining backend services and APIs (e.g. .NET)
• Proficient in C# with hands-on cloud experience (AWS/Azure)
• Proven experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB
• Familiar with Git, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor
• Experience with test-driven development and automated testing
