🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver timely and organized onboarding for customers through project management
• Provide proactive technical guidance across all products
• Collaborate with Customer Support and Engineering on technical escalations
• Surface use cases to Engineering to drive product innovation

📋 Requirements

• 5-10 years of client-facing and technology-focused experience
• Proven ability to learn new technologies and understand complex systems like APIs and databases
• Project management skills with a customer-first attitude
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
