💼 About This Role

You'll lead ceramic fabrication and scale-up for fusion power plant components at Helion. Your work will directly impact the path to unlimited clean electricity. This onsite role in Everett, WA offers the chance to tackle extreme environment materials challenges.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead ceramic processing and scale-up projects for fusion components.
• Translate materials from lab formulations to full-scale hardware.
• Serve as internal ceramics fabrication owner and vendor liaison.
• Partner with internal teams, vendors, and national labs.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years industry experience in ceramics or materials engineering.
• Ceramic process development and fabrication for commercial products.
• Hands-on experience with powder processing, forming, and firing.
• Experience planning and delivering ceramic components on schedule.
