Description

You will lead production planning, manage cross-team schedules, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality visual content. You'll define visual direction, review core deliverables like modeling and animation, and establish efficient collaborations between art, tech, and external partners. This role is key to delivering immersive experiences for platforms like CHZZK, Virtual Streamers, and K-POP using cutting-edge real-time rendering and AI technologies.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of real-time content production using Unreal Engine or Unity
• Broad knowledge and hands-on experience across art, tech, and production workflows
• Proven experience in project scheduling and resource management
• Strong sense of visual quality control and review capability
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage overall production schedule and priorities across Art, Tech, and Content teams
• Define and maintain visual direction and quality standards for all outputs
• Review core deliverables including modeling, animation, lighting, and level art
• Establish efficient cross-pipeline collaboration process between Art, TA, PD, and external partners
• Lead feedback and review workflows to maintain consistent quality
