You'll architect and manage enterprise systems for a high-growth space startup building the highest-power satellites. Your work ensures the organization stays fast, secure, and resilient as we scale. This high-impact role owns mission-critical infrastructure and drives projects from whiteboard to production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect, deploy, and administer Windows Server, Linux, AD, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization platforms
• Design and maintain hybrid cloud infrastructure across on-prem and AWS/Azure/GCP
• Lead infrastructure projects including migrations, upgrades, and new system rollouts
• Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and best practices across systems and security
• Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT systems engineering or infrastructure roles
• Deep expertise in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu, or CentOS) administration
• Strong experience with virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V)
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar

• Experience with IaC tools like Terraform, OpenTofu, or Ansible
• Fluency with Linux systems
• Experience with identity access management principles
