💼 About This Role

You'll join MongoDB's recruiting team to expand global FinOps, People, and Legal teams. You'll act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, driving data-driven strategies and high-touch candidate experiences. This is a 6-month contract with remote flexibility, focusing on strategic talent partnership and efficient process management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with hiring managers on data-driven recruiting strategies
• Develop sourcing strategies using direct sourcing and social networking
• Engage candidates from sourcing through offer negotiations
• Track candidate pipeline using Greenhouse, Gem, and Tableau

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth tech
• Ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS (preferred)
