You will manage sales operations in the West region, developing strategies to drive product sales, leading a sales team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet revenue targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience leading sales teams and operations within a region
• Proven track record in sales performance and team development
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales development tools
• Must hold US citizenship or US permanent resident status

Responsibilities

• Manage overall sales operations and production within assigned territory
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize opportunities for all Keyfactor products
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales representatives
• Collaborate with marketing, channel, and SDR teams to enhance ABX and top-of-funnel motions
• Generate accurate monthly forecasts and predict revenue regularly
