💼 About This Role

You'll manage a retail grocery store, coaching and mentoring a team to achieve revenue and service goals. You'll participate in a 60-day training program at a flagship store to learn core processes before managing your own location. This role offers quarterly bonus incentives and a weekly phone stipend.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and coach store teams including Assistant Managers and Reps.
• Maintain data integrity and mPlans for decision making.
• Schedule resources to support daily requirements within budget.
• Ensure clean, orderly backroom and accurate inventory counts.

📋 Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent education and related experience.
• 3-8 years in service industry with supervisory experience.
• Ability to build and lead teams in a positive environment.
• Effective communication and technology skills (personal devices).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in grocery or direct store delivery (DSD).
• Cross-training ability in service functions.
