You'll support the CEO by owning calendar, inbox, and logistics end-to-end at a high-growth startup transforming the home services industry. You will have full context on every major decision and keep things moving without being asked twice. This role offers an unmatched window into building a venture-backed company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the founder's calendar: scheduling, sequencing, and conflict resolution
• Manage inbox: triage, draft responses, and flag urgent items
• Handle travel logistics: flights, hotels, and itineraries
• Prepare meeting briefings and track next steps

📋 Requirements

• NYC-based; 5 days/week in-office and available on weekends
• 3+ years supporting a founder or C-suite at a high-growth startup
• Proven track record managing a complex, high-volume calendar
• Fluent in Google Workspace and modern scheduling tools
