🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement a modern access control system for clinical data
• Build infrastructure for rolling deployments, failover, and real-time data sync
• Architect integration engine connecting medical devices in real-time
• Rethink hospital workflows into fast, intuitive experiences

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proficiency in Elixir, Phoenix, or similar functional/OOP languages
• Experience building 0-to-1 products with strong product sense
• Familiarity with open-source technology and experimentation
