📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years in Talent Intelligence or TA analytics roles
• Hands-on with LinkedIn Talent Insights, Eightfold, or similar
• Proven ability to build dashboards used by non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau

• Experience with AI-driven analytics in HR/TA environments
