You will create exceptional first impressions, drive leasing success, foster resident relationships, and build brand community awareness. As an ambassador of our Live It culture, you will conduct personalized apartment tours, respond to inquiries, and coordinate resident events to ensure every prospect and resident feels welcomed and supported.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• One year of customer service experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• Positive attitude and clear communication skills
• Customer-focused and persuasive

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized apartment tours highlighting lifestyle and value
• Respond to phone, email, and web inquiries promptly
• Convert leads to leases through follow-up and relationship-building
• Complete leasing applications, verifications, and move-in paperwork
• Coordinate and attend resident events and community engagement initiatives
