You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and support daily operations. This role offers the chance to open and close the store and drive add-on sales using benefits like BOPIS.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat customers.
• Open and close the store, providing leadership support as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using fandom knowledge.
• Assist with planogram changes and maintain store organization.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to merchandise product and lift up to 50 pounds.
