You'll facilitate agile processes for software development squads supporting a strategic IT reorganization project, driving agile maturity across teams. You'll remove impediments, coach on Scrum and Kanban, and ensure transparent communication with stakeholders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, and Retrospective ceremonies
• Remove impediments and shield team from external disruptions
• Coach team on agile practices and continuous improvement
• Track agile metrics and promote data-driven decisions

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as Scrum Master in software or digital product teams
• Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and XP methodologies
• Experience with agile metrics and impediment management
• Familiarity with DevOps culture and facilitation techniques

• CSM or PSM certification
• SAFe Scrum Master certification
