You'll provide play-based speech therapy to neurodivergent children in a multidisciplinary care model. You'll advance through a Clinical Ladder Program with mentorship and leadership opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide play-based speech and language therapy integrating sensory, motor, cognitive strategies
• Develop individualized treatment plans using a holistic, transdisciplinary approach
• Educate and empower families on communication strategies for daily life
• Supervise and mentor Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP licensure in the state of practice
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification (CFs welcome)
