💼 About This Role

You'll lead engineering teams across IoT hardware, software, and data science for a mission-driven climate tech company. Your work will drive block-level air pollution monitoring and analytics that empower governments and communities. You'll build a high-performing engineering culture and deliver innovative environmental intelligence products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute engineering strategy and roadmap
• Lead and mentor diverse engineering teams across software, hardware, data analytics
• Collaborate with product leads to deliver exceptional products on time
• Drive innovation in environmental sensing and data systems

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in engineering roles, with at least 5 years in leadership
• Track record developing data-generating IoT solutions
• Strong understanding of full-stack development with cloud-native architectures
• Experience scaling engineering team from 5 to >100
