💼 About This Role

You'll train to manage daily store operations at a nationally recognized cookie company in Allendale, MI. You'll lead a team of 2-5 members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. This role offers rapid growth opportunities with a fun, cookie-filled work environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts
• Supervise, train and coach 2-5 team members
• Lead new hourly staff onboarding and initial training
• Support ordering, inventory control and scheduling

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of supervisory experience in restaurant or retail
• Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff
• Point of Sale (POS) systems experience
• Ability to work 4-5 day work week and 1-2 mid-to-late shifts
