• Ensure production line set up and operates safely
• Train and monitor line workers, adjust tasks to maximize workflow
• Plan and schedule each shift hour to meet production targets
• Verify inventory consumption and reconcile usage

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of manufacturing or production line experience
• Ability to read and follow detailed assembly instructions
• Experience with lean manufacturing or 5S principles
