You will lead the store's sales and guest experience strategy, ensuring exceptional service and driving business targets. You'll oversee the Sales Service team, coach team members, and partner with the General Manager to optimize sales and operations.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities, partnering with General Manager to escalate gaps
• Oversee Sales Service team to execute exceptional guest experience on the floor
• Assess guest connection and product education, providing feedback and coaching
• Build client relationships daily with customers
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives
