You'll lead a small team of mobile engineers while building high-performance React Native crypto wallet applications used by a global audience. This role combines hands-on development, technical mentorship, and ownership of mobile architecture, scalability, and security for decentralized finance products. You'll collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and development of cross-platform mobile apps using React Native
• Provide technical leadership to a small team of mobile engineers
• Architect mobile state management, navigation, modularization, and security
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs, SDKs, WebSockets
• Oversee code quality through reviews and mentoring

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience in mobile development with React Native
• Proven track record leading or mentoring mobile engineering teams
• Strong understanding of mobile CI/CD pipelines and native build processes
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets and backend integration

• Experience integrating native modules with iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java)
