You'll join the Customer Experience team to ensure Federal and Public Sector customers achieve success with our threat intelligence platform. Your core impact is building strong relationships and driving product adoption to guarantee renewals. This role stands out for its focus on mission-driven cybersecurity and fully remote flexibility.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Build relationships with Primary Contacts at customer organizations.
  • Conduct regular check-in calls to review product usage and roadmap.
  • Coordinate onboarding and handoff from Sales to CX.
  • Handle subscription renewals, RFPs, and contracting vehicles.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of Customer Success experience for a SaaS solution.
  • Prior experience working with Federal and Public Sector organizations.
  • Passion for providing outstanding customer experience.
  • Ability to manage global customer portfolio independently.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity terminology and concepts.
  • Experience with Hubspot, Linear, Notion, Slack, GitHub Issues, Metabase.
  • Located in DC metro area.
