💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health visits to adult and geriatric patients in Richland and Lexington counties. You'll perform functional evaluations and develop individualized care plans to help clients remain at home. You'll enjoy up to $1,360 weekly pay for part-time hours.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform thorough evaluations of patients' functional status.
• Develop individualized intervention plans to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Accurately document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet.

📋 Requirements

• A current South Carolina Occupational Therapist license.
• A minimum of one year of recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
