You'll lead the fulfillment network strategy for Spreetail, owning enterprise-wide accountability across 7 U.S. facilities. You'll bridge supply chain vision with floor-level execution, ensuring safety, scalability, and cost efficiency. This high-stakes role offers direct impact on ecommerce market share growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Champion a safety-first culture across all 7 facilities.
• Define the strategic vision and accountability framework for fulfillment centers.
• Build network resilience through carrier and vendor relationships.
• Translate company strategy into actionable fulfillment objectives for C-level peers.
• Drive adoption of robotics, automation, and WMS/LMS upgrades.

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in fulfillment or logistics.
• P&L ownership of a national fulfillment network in high-volume e-commerce or 3PL.
• Experience leading 500+ associates across multiple facilities.
• Technological mastery of WMS, LMS, and robotics/automation.
• Ability to design multi-site operating models with 3-year capacity planning.
