You'll build Neon's go-to-market engine, crafting content, spinning up demand systems, and running outbound campaigns. Your core impact will be architecting experiments that unlock new channels and drive pipeline for a healthcare AI startup. This role is for self-directed builders who thrive at the intersection of writing, digital marketing, and automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create content for thought leadership and demand generation
• Spin up growth systems: SEO, paid ads, retargeting, referral loops
• Plan and run industry events end-to-end
• Develop sales collateral: decks, one-pagers, positioning guides

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in startup GTM or growth roles
• Proven ability to craft high-quality content (blogs, ads, video)
• Experience with Apollo and Outreach for outbound sequencing
• Lightly technical with automation tools (scraping, enrichment)

✨ Nice to Have

• Design chops in Figma or Canva
• Experience with Clay.com or Browserflow
• Familiarity with SEM/SEO and paid social
