You'll design onboarding flows for Hunt and Offroad products on the Growth team. You'll iterate on designs to improve conversion and help new users find value. This role collaborates closely with PMs and engineers in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate on designs with PM and engineers
• Translate ideas into conceptual designs and prototypes
• Refine concepts into ready-for-dev designs
• Present designs to team and stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HCI/UX or equivalent experience
• 4+ years designing onboarding or signup flows
• Curiosity for new technologies including AI
• Permanent US work authorization

• Content design or UX copywriting expertise
• Graphic or illustration design experience
• Experience establishing UX patterns or frameworks
