💼 About This Role

You'll lead financial planning and analysis for a high-growth B2B SaaS company, owning the full cycle from annual operating plans to rolling forecasts. Your work will directly shape investment decisions and how the business scales. This role offers real ownership and influence across GTM, accounting, and operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning
• Develop and maintain financial models for strategic decisions
• Identify AI and automation opportunities across finance
• Partner with GTM teams on revenue forecasting and unit economics

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience
• Background in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or PE
• Experience owning financial planning at a high-growth company
• Ability to synthesize messy inputs and drive alignment in ambiguity
