Description

You will lead the People Operations function and serve as the internal expert on compensation and total rewards in a fast-scaling company. You'll design compensation frameworks, manage benefits strategy, and ensure people infrastructure scales with business growth.

Requirements

  • Serve as internal subject matter expert on compensation and total rewards
  • Conduct benchmarking, modeling, and compensation analyses
  • Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws, pay transparency, pay equity
  • Lead strategy and operationalization of executive compensation programs
  • Manage annual renewals and open enrollment with clear employee experience

Responsibilities

  • Build compensation frameworks to attract top-tier talent
  • Design, evolve, and administer compensation and incentive programs
  • Own base pay, incentive structures, and equity administration
  • Lead company-wide compensation cycles and governance
  • Own benefits strategy and day-to-day administration including broker relationships
