💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of high-performing Support Engineers as a player-coach, spending significant time in the queue handling complex technical escalations. You'll debug code in open-source repos and act as the primary Subject Matter Expert, mentoring your team through the toughest challenges.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Handle complex technical escalations and debug code in open-source repos
  • Lead from the front by answering inbound support tickets weekly
  • Triage, reproduce, and report product bugs before escalating to Engineering
  • Engage with users on Discord and GitHub to solve technical issues

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in technical support, engineering, or sales engineering
  • 2+ years of people management or team lead experience
  • Ability to read and debug code in Python or JavaScript
  • Strong understanding of modern dev landscape (CI/CD, APIs, Microservices)

✨ Nice to Have

  • Previous experience as a Software Engineer or in DevOps
  • Active contributions to Open Source projects
  • Experience implementing Support tools (Zendesk, JIRA, Linear)
