Description

You'll guide enterprise customers through transformative Generative AI implementations, designing and deploying high-impact search solutions that integrate with complex ecosystems and deliver ultra-relevant results. This role combines deep technical skills with a consulting mindset to shape how clients leverage Coveo's AI-powered products.

Requirements

• 8+ years hands-on development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular)
• Experience navigating complex tech stacks and B2B ecosystems
• Proven client-facing consulting experience with enterprise stakeholder communication
• Strong ownership mindset with ability to lead projects and prioritize under pressure
• Experience with large-scale system integrations or cloud enterprise platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

• Integrate Coveo with systems like SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Shopify across cloud, on-premise, or hybrid environments
• Implement and customize Coveo features to match customer environments and business needs
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions with enterprise clients and translate needs into scalable technical solutions
• Deploy solutions connecting with customer systems on-premise, cloud, or hybrid
• Build intuitive user interfaces using JavaScript libraries
