You'll lead a small crew and operate heavy equipment for earthwork projects, ensuring safety and productivity. Your core impact is managing job-site operations, crew performance, and equipment maintenance. This role offers a blend of fieldwork and administrative duties using production software.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage crew safety and production goals daily.
• Plan work 24 hours in advance and communicate resource needs.
• Enter production data and time into iPad software.
• Maintain equipment and ensure job-site organization.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant construction experience.
• Ability to operate mini excavators and/or bobcats efficiently.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Must pass federal background check.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience operating full-sized excavators, loaders, and dozers.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• OSHA certification.
