💼 About This Role

You'll provide individualized ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, implementing treatment plans and tracking progress for children with various abilities. You'll work in homes, schools, and the community with a supportive clinician-led team. You'll celebrate milestones and develop essential life, communication, and social skills.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Complete daily progress notes on intervention plan implementation
• Use reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

📋 Requirements

• Current RBT Certification
• Active CPR Certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with insurance
• Comfortable lifting 25-40 lbs and engaging in active play

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous experience with children or individuals with special needs
• Experience with data collection and ABA terminology
• Background in special education, psychology, or related field
