💼 About This Role

You'll sit at the front line of our commercial engine, helping build repeatable commercial momentum in construction. You'll identify customers, qualify opportunities, and move them toward live deployments alongside our Deployment leadership. This role blends outbound execution, pipeline generation, and on-site exposure with a high-growth robotics startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and research general contractors and project stakeholders
• Craft and send targeted outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls
• Lead early calls and meetings to qualify opportunities
• Maintain CRM pipeline and track deal progression

📋 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a commercial or customer-facing role
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Comfortable with outbound work and rejection
• Willing to spend time on-site at construction sites
