Description

You will lead a door-to-door sales team to promote residential internet subscriptions, coaching representatives and driving team performance to exceed growth goals. You'll prospect new customers, build a pipeline, and ensure a seamless customer experience while demonstrating expert knowledge of GFiber's network.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of door-to-door sales experience
• 2 years of quota-carrying sales or account management
• 1 year of coaching/training sales representatives in a leadership capacity
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Co-lead a team of Door-to-Door representatives by coaching, mentoring, training, and overseeing overall team performance
• Assist team in meeting or exceeding monthly growth sales goals
• Prospect new residential customers through door-to-door interactions
• Build lead pipeline and conduct phone/email follow-ups
• Communicate GFiber's value proposition to customers
