You'll own Bobyard's in-person events and field marketing engine across construction and landscaping — sourcing events, running logistics, and driving pipeline for Sales. You'll collaborate with a dynamic team to build a massive company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and select relevant industry events and trade shows
• Manage event logistics including booth setup and materials
• Secure founder speaking slots and coordinate presentations
• Drive lead capture and track event ROI for pipeline generation

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience planning and executing events or conventions at scale
• Hands-on experience with event management platforms
• Strong CRM and lead capture experience
• Experience tracking event ROI, pipeline, and revenue impact
