Description

You will create and publish short-form content for TikTok and Instagram to grow Pepper US, a community-driven deals platform. You'll turn daily deals into scroll-stopping videos, monitor performance, and iterate based on what works, helping people save money and build a trusted savings community.

Requirements

• Based in US with native-level English
• 1+ years proven experience creating social media content (portfolio required)
• Comfortable on camera and able to execute a wide range of formats
• Proficiency in video and photo editing tools (CapCut, Canva, or equivalent)
• Passionate about shopping and deal-hunting

Responsibilities

• Pitch, film, edit, and publish short-form content for TikTok and Instagram
• Post 1-2 videos per day consistently across social platforms
• Turn daily deals into scroll-stopping videos to drive user conversion
• Develop and test creative variations of top-performing formats
• Monitor content performance and iterate weekly based on data
