You will create PCB layouts for Starshield's in-house board designs, collaborating with hardware engineers on schematics and design reviews. Your work will span radio phased arrays to solar power converters, ensuring optimal design solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in electrical engineering or 3+ years PCB layout experience
• 1+ years professional PCB layout experience
• Experience with ECAD libraries and configuration management
• Understanding of design for manufacturability, assembly, and test
• Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain

Responsibilities

• Determine layer stackup, component selection, placement, and signal routing for PCBs
• Create and maintain PCB libraries
• Release documentation for fabrication
• Collaborate with teams and vendors to improve design rules and guidelines
• Utilize PCB design tools and train team members
