💼 About This Role

You'll assist the Store Manager in developing and motivating a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve financial targets in a high-growth cannabis company. You'll operate as Manager on Duty, represent Curaleaf as a brand ambassador, and drive revenue through customer education.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise store operations, opening/closing, task delegation, and team scheduling
• Monitor cash handling, register counts, bank deposits, and bookkeeping
• Manage inventory including ordering, stock maintenance, and avoiding outs/overstock
• Maintain knowledge of computer systems and software like LeafLogix

📋 Requirements

• 1 year retail or customer service experience in high-paced selling environment
• 1 year of retail supervisory experience
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Cash handling and POS operations experience
