Description

You will own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for card issuing, launching and scaling a card program from 0 to 1. This includes building core card functionality, optimizing consumer experiences, and partnering with banking partners and internal teams to deliver a best-in-class card experience in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Requirements

• Experience launching card programs at a leading fintech, neobank, or crypto platform
• Deep understanding of payments infrastructure and card issuing complexities
• Ability to translate complex payments infrastructure into simple consumer experiences
• Experience working with issuing banks, payment processors, and card networks
• Thrives in fast-paced fintech environments

Responsibilities

• Own 0→1 development and launch of card issuing program (physical and virtual cards)
• Define and execute card issuing product roadmap, from infrastructure to user-facing features
• Work with issuing banks, processors, and card networks (Visa/Mastercard) to launch and scale program
• Lead development of core card functionality: provisioning, tokenization, authorization, disputes, lifecycle management
• Monitor card program performance: authorization rates, fraud metrics, transaction success, operational reliability
