๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot backup, replication, and restore issues
- Analyze logs and identify root causes of failures
- Support storage systems and data recovery processes
- Collaborate with global teams on technical solutions
๐ Requirements
- Windows Server and/or Linux experience
- Virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V
- Networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills
- Customer-facing communication skills in English

- Object storage concepts (S3-compatible)
- Public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Microsoft 365 administration experience
