You'll join Veeam's Technical Support team, troubleshooting backup, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure issues for enterprise customers. Your work ensures data resilience across modern IT environments. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies and clear career growth paths.

  • Troubleshoot backup, replication, and restore issues
  • Analyze logs and identify root causes of failures
  • Support storage systems and data recovery processes
  • Collaborate with global teams on technical solutions

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Windows Server and/or Linux experience
  • Virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V
  • Networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills
  • Customer-facing communication skills in English

  • Object storage concepts (S3-compatible)
  • Public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
  • Microsoft 365 administration experience
