Description

In this role, you'll own the accounts payable and expense reimbursement processes, manage month-end close tasks, and participate in finance transformation initiatives. You'll work collaboratively to optimize workflows and ensure accurate financial reporting in a scaling SaaS environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years corporate or public accounting experience
• 3+ years Accounts Payable experience (SaaS a plus)
• Experience with Expensify and Tipalti or similar systems
• Solid understanding of GAAP/IFRS and ASC 606/IFRS 15
• Proficiency with NetSuite or comparable ERP system

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and schedule payment runs, coding GL departments and reviewing documentation
• Own employee expense reimbursement system and approvals
• Handle GL month-end close tasks (prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accruals, payroll, revenue)
• Prepare journal entries, bank reconciliations, schedules, and analyses
• Manage treasury activities including multi-currency cash forecasting
