🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement and support custom deployments and integration of NICE product suites.
• Work on non-standard configuration requests and advanced system adjustments.
• Accurately track effort on tasks, recognizing scope and effort variances.
• Use best practice methods and quality standards on all project phases.

📋 Requirements

• System/implementation engineering for complex data driven solutions
• Scripting (PowerShell, .Net, C#, Java, etc.)
• APIs (REST, SOAP) including Postman or Fiddler
• RDBMS (MS SQL)

✨ Nice to Have

• Programming (e.g. C#) and .Net framework
• MS Azure Cloud technologies (or equivalent)
• Experience in policing or criminal justice sector within IT
