💼 About This Role

You'll support teachers during livestreamed English lessons by responding to student questions and clarifying educational content. You'll ensure lessons run smoothly in a fully remote, real-time environment for a fast-growing EdTech company backed by $15M.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer student questions in live chat during English lessons
• Enforce codes of conduct and behavioral guidelines
• Provide real-time support to teachers for smooth lessons
• Assist students with basic technical or access issues

📋 Requirements

• Grade A*/A at A-Level in English
• Strong subject knowledge and ability to communicate clearly
• Excellent written communication skills in fast-paced environments
• Available 3-5 days per week, including evening lessons
