• Gather and document thorough business requirements from clients

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Sales Operations or Incentive Compensation Management
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Hands-on experience with CRM or sales compensation tools (Salesforce, Anaplan, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills working with large datasets
